Lonesome Crow Productions Deposit / Refund / Cancellation Policy

*Deposit Policy -

Required to finalize reservation process. Deposit MUST be received prior to reservation date committal. Deposit equals 1/2 of package price selected.

*Refund Policy -

1) Refunds will only be honored "In-Full" if Refund Request Date is 30-days or-more from performance.

2) Refunds will only be honored "50%" if Refund Request Date is  less than 30-days, but more than 14-days from performance.

3) Refunds will NOT BE HONORED if Refund Request Date is 14-days or less from performance.

**Refund Policy - Cancellations - due to WEATHER (outside performances only):

1) In the event that inclement weather induces an UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT (Electrical "SHOCK" Hazards, Heavy Rain, Heavy Wind), it is at the discretion of Lonesome Crow Productions to pause and/or cancel the performance, or remaining time of the performance.

2) Refunds will be prorated based on performance length, as captured in the customer agreement.

3) If on the day of the event, the event is cancelled due to inclement weather by the customer prior to equipment set-up, the deposit will be forfeited.

*** Cancellation Policy due to Disruptive Audiences:

1 ) In the event that an audience becomes "out of control" to the point of putting either the equipment, or workforce of Lonesome Crow Productions at risk, Lonesome Crow productions reserves the right to stop the performance immediately!

2) There will be NO REFUNDS.
